Imagine what a week of focused, mindful, and varied practice would do for your swimming. Take yourself out of your usual setting and join our group for a week or two of training without the everyday distractions

  • Training facility a few miles from the beach, with eight 50-meter lanes and plenty of space for your workouts 

  • Two workouts available per day with additional mini-clinics abouteach stroke, video analysis, and more

  • Join other Masters and triathletes who are away from their everyday distractions.

  • All ability levels are appropriate- we have had swimmers who have never done more than 100 meters straight join us for the best training week of their lives.

  • All workouts are typed beforehand, specific to the needs of the lanes, and available afterwards in paper copies.

  • Lessons with Dave and Tom are available in the off time between lessons. ccomodated

TRAINING TIMES

We have a very flexible schedule for training times- each day, we will have a morning and an afternoon workout. The schedule will be posted shortly, but it is open to changes because of the flexibility of our facility.

We will be swimming long course on all morning practices. Weekday evenings will be long course and the Saturday and Sunday workouts will be short course technical work.

 

Accomodation

Dave is staying at the affordable Ronny Dee Resort motel- there are both hotel rooms and efficiency suites (kitchen) available under $100, and it's pretty close to the beach and attractions.
