Minnesota Tri Masters Returns to the tradition of summer outdoor practices with this year's schedule for the Richfield Municipal Pool. We will be swimming a little bit earlier in the evening this year, which offers extra benefits to us. - We rent the entire pool- ten lanes of 50-meter length. We don't get crowded
- More lanes means more ability levels. Each lane has a typed workout with specific focal points and pacing goals.
- Beginners are welcome and all levels are present at each practice
- Ride to practice! The pool is closed for us, so bring your bke over to your lane and then hop back on afterwards. The earlier start time means that more people can have a safe ride home for longer in the summer
- Groups runs after practice will be run through the park's trails with sufficient interest.
Practices start on June 8 and run through August this year. The earlier start means we have more daylight into late summer. Mondays- 7:15-8:30 pm Wednesdays- 7:15-8:15 pm (only June and July) Thursdays- 7:15-8:15 pm If you're not sure if practice is on, become a fan of Minnesota Tri masters on Facebook or follow Dave on twitter ("chewwook" |

Minnesota Tri Masters is a swim club specially tailored towards triathletes, but we invite swimmers of all levels and backgrounds who are looking to improve, train, and have a good time! Our group practices are coached by one of the best swim coaches in the world, Dave Cameron. You can count on Coach Dave to help focus workouts on technique, pacing, speed, and efficiency. And if it's a good old fashioned butt-kicking you're looking for, he's good for that too. Or if you need a little extra help with your stroke, Dave is also available for private or small group lessons. We hope to see you at the pool! |
